He currently serves as the president and CEO of the Ohio Society of Association Professionals and the OSAP Foundation. Prior to his role with OSAP, he worked for Clemons & Associates, an association management company, and the Ohio Restaurant Association. He also possesses for-profit experience, working for Abbott Laboratories, a international public relations agency and real estate entities. Clabaugh is a 2001 graduate of the Ohio University E.W.
